In less than two decades the Internet has transformed the way we buy pretty much everything: books, music, insurance, travel -- even cars and homes. But as of 2013, the way we buy health care and wellness services remains very 20th Century.
DealWell is dedicated to changing that, by bringing the Internet revolution to health and wellness consumers and empowering them with price transparency and comparison shopping. Our Leadership Team has deep experience in the Medical and Internet worlds, and we are passionate about the premise that it's time for the health and wellness category to catch up to the Internet age.
Based in Dallas, we are a Texas Limited Liability Company formed with funding and guidance from Plano, Texas-based Preferred Medical Holdings. We launched our public beta release in May 2012, with Medical Imaging services in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex as our initial offering. We added Chiropractic and Dental/Orthodontic offers, and in August 2012, we took off the "beta" label and officially launched. We now also have Med Spa/Day Spa, Massage, Eye Exam & LASIK, Weight Loss/Management and Healthy Aging offers. We are launching new providers weekly and additional categories at the rate of approximately one per month.

President and Founder
Since being hired at the University of Chicago's Digital Media Laboratory in 1996, Geoff Fischer has built, run and fine-tuned dozens of innovative and high profile websites, including sites for hit TV shows, the official U.S. sites for the Beijing and Vancouver Olympics, and the official House.gov site of a New York Congresswoman.
Director of Sales
Kevin Hann brings 12 years of sales and management experience across many different industries, with a track record of growth and leadership. Prior to joining DealWell, Kevin was a top-producing Account Executive at Plano, Texas-based Preferred Imaging, where he set records for growth and success at their busiest clinic in a year and a half.
Ruth Ann Yates
Director of Operations
Ruth Ann has more than 10 years experience in the field of medical operations management. After obtaining her MBA from Dallas Baptist University, Ruth Ann Yates served as Director of Corporate Operations at EmergentCare, were she played a key role in the growth and development of the company. In 2008, Ruth Ann joined Preferred Imaging as a Clinic Administrator. As the company expanded, Ruth Ann was promoted to Team Lead and eventually took on responsibility for day-to-day operations at four facilities. While at Preferred, she was named Clinic Administrator of the Year due to her outstanding efforts. Ruth Ann and her husband reside in McKinney, Texas along with their English bulldog, Bella.
